Gaskells current management has a strong desire to develop a positive policy towards expansion and at the same time protecting it's well established reputation. Plans are currently in hand to reinforce this policy with modern technology wherever possible, yet retaining the personal service for which Gaskells has become renown.

All Prospective Tenants: £60 Application for 1st Applicant & £40 for any extra applicants 18 Years and over and to be paid in advance. Please note thal ALL application fees are non-refundable.

Private Tenants: Please note that we require a bond equal to 1 months rent, plus 1 months rent in advance, proof of identification. All employers references and credit checks will be checked by a referencing Agency used by Gaskells.

Housing Benefit Tenants: Please note that ALL prospective tenants require a private Guarantor in advance for ALL applications to be referenced checked by an Agency used by Gaskells. When references are approved we will require a deposit equal to 1 months rent, plus 1 months rent in advance, proof of identification, proof that you are eligible for Housing Benefit & Housing Benefit forms to be completed by tenant & Gaskells upon acceptance.
