Housing Benefit/Universal Credit Applicants: Please note that ALL prospective tenants require a private Guarantor in advance for ALL applications to be referenced checked by an Agency used by Gaskells. When references are approved, we will require a deposit equal to 1 month’s rent, plus 1 month’s rent in advance & proof of identification.
