All Prospective Tenants: £80 Application for 1st Applicant & £50 for any extra applicants 18 Years and over and to be paid in advance. Please note thal ALL application fees are non-refundable.

Private Tenants: Please note that we require a bond equal to 1 months rent, plus 1 months rent in advance, proof of identification. All employers references and credit checks will be checked by a referencing Agency used by Gaskells.

Housing Benefit Tenants: Please note that ALL prospective tenants require a private Guarantor in advance for ALL applications to be referenced checked by an Agency used by Gaskells. When references are approved we will require a deposit equal to 1 months rent, plus 1 months rent in advance, proof of identification, proof that you are eligible for Housing Benefit & Housing Benefit forms to be completed by tenant & Gaskells upon acceptance.
